About You

The right person for this position will be comfortable working in a stand-alone role, and be able to work intuitively with core data to make it accessible for others. You will be creative and have a desire to explore new and different ways of presenting talent and business data. An expert in People data, you will help us establish best practice data management.

You will also be a first class communicator, who is comfortable dealing with changing priorities and can help typically less statistically geared HR or business leaders to understand data. We are looking for an independent thinker who brings credibility to their analytical findings whilst still delivering this information in an engaging way.

Key Attributes are:

  • Analytical with a strong aptitude for identifying trends and simplifying complex processes.
  • Proactive ‘self-starter’ who takes the initiative to develop and implement consistencies.
  • Has a focus on continuous improvement with the internal customer always in mind.
  • Solutions-oriented – curious and seeks first to understand the ‘big picture’ before suggesting solutions.

Care, Passion, Humility and Authenticity are at the heart of all that we do so if this sounds like you and you would like to be part of building on the Carey legacy that has been developed over the past 52 years to ensure sustainable and long-term success, we would like to hear from you.
