The Role:

With hybrid working available from either our Wembley, Kings Cross and/or Milton Keynes offices, you will join our existing proposals team in managing and preparing tenders, supporting the continuous growth and development of the business. Working alongside Estimators, Planners, Designers, Marketing/Comms and Operational teams, you will lead on major tenders, as well as sharing your expertise by supporting on smaller tenders and PQQs.

About You:

  • Flexibility and resilience to work across a range of clients, sectors and regions and within fixed deadlines. Recent target areas are full design and build and public sector tenders - relevant tendering experience/exposure to help us penetrate these markets would be held in high regard.
  • Persuasive writing – Ability to craft and develop compelling proposals which help differentiate our offering.
  • Creativity and confidence to challenge the status quo, consistently seeking to raise the bar despite the everyday challenge of maintaining business as usual. With your desire for ‘process improvement through collaboration’ you will bring fresh ideas to the team to adapt and build upon our existing tender processes, information databases, and library of technical information.
  • Mentor and support your colleagues – as you share and impart knowledge and expertise to develop our collective skills base.
  • Collaborative and inquisitive – Seeking out and making expert knowledge accessible.
  • Technical Bids – Construction industry experience is preferred but not essential. You will have demonstrable experience working with technical subject matter experts to explore client drivers, devise win themes and craft client-focussed tenders.

  • 37.5 hour week. Monday - Thursday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (1hr lunch). Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (½hr lunch).

  • Flexibility to work from your choice of three of our offices - Kings Cross, Wembley and /or Milton Keynes, with some home working.
