Vehicle Mechanic

We are currently recruiting for a Vehicle Mechanic at our Aston Clinton Site in Buckinghamshire.

The Role

As a Vehicle Mechanic, you’ll have a role that’s integral to our Plant and Depot Operations. With your skills and experience, you’ll be undertaking the servicing, repair, maintenance and overhaul of vehicles from across the Careys Fleet, including diagnostic and inspection duties.

Day to day, you’ll be carrying out work to the required standard and specification as detailed in accordance with company requirements, current regulations, local instructions, process plans and other technical publications.

• Service and Repair of Vehicles.
• Diagnose, inspect and assess vehicles / associated mechanical equipment in line skills & competency.
• Completion of vehicle and equipment documentation and test certificates / reports to current standards.

Essential experience of the Vehicle Mechanic:

• Previous experience within similar role is required.
• A real team player with the ability to adapt and build rapport.

This role is full time based at our Aston Clinton Site.

Qualifications for the Vehicle Mechanic:

• NVQ Level 2 Minimum Service and Repair
