Part of the Carey Group Careys Foundation
We value the opportunity to have a positive impact on the communities we work in and around and take pride in our approach to helping people.
Based on the strong Carey family values which have underpinned the wider Group since 1969, the Foundation focuses on three key areas: Community, Charity and Volunteering.
Careys Foundation was established in 2012 and in 2015 became a registered charity. Through the generosity of our supporters we have been able to change and positively impact the lives of individuals and groups in need across the UK and Ireland. Fuelled by our employees, clients and trustees we have also raised over £1.2 million over the last five years for a variety of charitable causes.

Community is at the forefront of what we do and we look to positively engage with all the communities we work within and alongside. One example of how our teams live this element is through school initiatives and educational projects such as ‘The Acorn Centre’ a school in Hertfordshire providing emotional support to young children at risk or who have been permanently excluded from school.
We encourage and support all our employees to fundraise for charitable causes. Through individual and team challenges, Careys Foundation has raised over £1.2 million for a range of charities including: Cancer Research, Richard House Children’s Hospice and The British Heart Foundation.
Volunteering is at the centre of our ethos and we support and provide opportunities for all our employees to apply their skills outside of the workplace. Through our volunteering scheme every employee is entitled to one paid day of leave a year to volunteer for a charity of their choice.
