Lee is Managing Director at BDL, having joined the business in 1988 as a Site Surveyor. He was subsequently promoted to Project Manager, prior to being promoted to the position of Commercial Director in 2004 and subsequently Managing Director in 2020.
Lee has worked on a broad range of commercial drylining projects including hospitals, airports, stadiums, high-rise buildings and shopping centres, ranging in value from £100k to multi-million pound schemes.
We’re a very positive company – very solution-oriented and supportive which leads to good staff retention. We also have a very longstanding core group of clients that have been with us for years; possibly as a result of our helpful approach to contracts. Personally, I’m a big supporter of young talent – we train apprentices and school leavers and invest a lot of time and energy in them to give them a good career with us.
