David is The Head of People at Careys, which includes BDL, having joined the business in 2019 as a HR Advisor.
David was subsequently promoted to HRBP in 2020 prior to being promoted to Head of People on an Interim basis in 2023 and then permanently in 2024.
David has worked on a broad range of HR and business projects including project managing the BDL Onboarding platform which launched in 2024 and working on implementing the HR strategy.
