I started with BDL as a site supervisor in June 2001, and took the jump across to the commercial team in 2004 as an Assistant QS, eventually progressing through to Commercial Manager before being made Commercial Director in 2019.
During this time, I’ve worked on a range of commercial drylining projects, shopping centres, universities, high end residential projects, multiple BBC developments in Portland Place and White City as well as the Athletes Village in Stratford ahead of the 2012 Olympics.
More recently, I’ve been working with Tom Ryan developing the capability that we now have to deliver washroom fit out projects from an opportunity presented to us as a variation on a drylining project at Chiswick Park. We’ve since delivered high quality washroom fit outs on projects for Stanhope, Mace, Lendlease, British Land and Careys.
