As Group Commercial Director I lead the development and execution of the commercial strategies that drive the commercial performance across all regions of the business to align with business objectives and long-term goals.
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, including 26 years in the Middle East, I have been involved in the successful delivery of a wide range of major projects across diverse sectors, learning from some exceptional individuals along the way.
Since joining Careys in June 2023, I have had the opportunity to shape the company’s commercial vision by adopting an analytical approach towards tender adjudication, commercial reporting and proactive risk management. By combining analytical insight with collaborative leadership I will continue to develop and implement robust strategies that deliver sustainable results, limit exposure to contractual risk and promote transparency and trust in all commercial dealings.
