My role allows me to connect with a variety of different people and work collaboratively to drive improvements. Whether it’s supporting colleagues to develop, implementing new processes or helping embed new systems and ways of working, being able to see real impacts being made is the thing I most enjoy about my role.
I joined the Carey Group as CFO in 2020 and became a member of the Board shortly after. I have previously worked in Divisional Finance Director roles and as an Interim Transformation Finance Director across a broad range of industries including oil and gas, power and energy, utilities, aviation, professional services and the built environment in both FTSE100 and FTSE250 organisations.
I’m a qualified Chartered Accountant and hold a Finance MBA along with being a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. My passion for process reengineering improvements and bringing strong commercial and financial teams together are important skills, strengthening our Board.
I enjoy working closely with the Carey family owners and ensuring the Group continues to strengthen its financial position with measures, metrics and scorecards in place to track progress.
