30 Years on from when we first opened our Head Office Doors

Our long-standing Careys head office in Wembley, London holds profound history. We first opened the doors to this office – Carey House – in 1988. It was, and is now, a testament to the hard work and dedication instilled in the Carey Group by our three founders.

At that time, our new head office contained (what was then) the latest cutting-edge technology, classic interior designs and a team of 60 dedicated employees. Yet, in 1988, our London headquarters housed only a fraction of the employees and departments that work there today. In that way, this historic building represents both our humble begins and our ongoing commitment to continuously strive for excellence.

Today, 30 years after it first opened its doors, Carey House has seen major transformations, from modern and quirky interior aesthetics to state-of-the-art 3D and 4D modelling equipment. Our head office also reflects the growth we have experienced in the services we offer. A walk through Carey House in 2018 reveals a host of innovative and specialist divisions, such as Careys Design Team, BDL Dry Lining and Careys New Homes.

Our commitment to continual improvement and growth has always been key to our success. So, after three decades in operation, our Wembley head office now houses over 200 exceptional employees. Our head office departments deliver world-class projects and support our onsite teams, through the use of leading technology, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM).

We’re excited for what the future holds, and we remain committed to continuing to achieve and exceed our visionary business aims. Only time will tell what Carey House will look like 30 years from now.
