Congratulations to Cruz Curtis, who was awarded Apprentice of the Year in recognition of his exceptional attitude, commitment, and work ethic. Cruz consistently demonstrates enthusiasm in everything he does and approaches every new challenge with a positive mindset.

Social Value Award

We received the Social Value Award in recognition of the outstanding success of our Boot Camp programme, which created meaningful opportunities for individuals seeking to re-enter the workforce. Through the successful delivery of the programme, Careys provided prison leavers with valuable hands-on experience, skills development, and clear pathways into employment.

Sustainability Award

We were also honoured with the Sustainability Award for our outstanding commitment to environmental performance across the project. Special recognition was given to the efforts of all subcontractors who supported the company's Diesel Phase Out Strategy by adopting electric alternatives and more sustainable fuel solutions wherever possible.
