P22 is a Construction Procurement Framework administrated by NHS England and NHS Improvement for the development and delivery of NHS and Social Care capital schemes in England.

The work our teams are undertaking forms part of a wider redevelopment plan for the hospital to support an expected increase in the city’s population over the coming years:

  • Angiogram Building: An enabling and groundworks package to facilitate an extension to the existing building.
  • Multi-storey car park: A contract to carry out bulk earth works, temporary and permanent roads, a split-level car park with major in-situ reinforced concrete retaining walls and bases. The works include tarmac and minor external finishes.
  • Pathways Building: A new building at the hospital where we are currently carrying out the groundworks, piling matt, drainage, ducting, pads/foundations and concrete ground floor and upper floor slabs, including all externals.
