Modern building with wood and glass facade, landscaped courtyard with planted beds, paved walkways, and metal railings.

The Murray Royal Hospital development had an objective to deliver new, fit for purpose, mental health facilities to Perth and to wider Scotland. The development is taking place on the site of the existing facility which is kept live during the construction of the new facility; significantly adding to the logistical complexity of the project.

Road works including car parks and footpath construction were also managed by our team. Finally, all external works, including preparatory work for all landscaping elements fell under our remit.
