Mixed-use

Our work in the mixed use sector has created exceptional environments

Recent projects include 105 Victoria Street - Redevelopment of a House of Fraser store, delivering the UK’s largest fully electric building with net-zero emissions. The new build 16-storey structure will house office, community, leisure, public realm and retail and St Giles Circus - an urban gallery, commercial spaces, residential and a hotel, as well as a four-storey basement which will be a new events venue.

Our portfolio of high-rise structures in urban environments includes 22 Bishopsgate – at a staggering 62 storeys the tallest building in the City of London, to the twin tower development at Atlantic Square in the heart of Glasgow’s International Financial Services District.

We have also delivered a series of modern campus style business parks at Chiswick Park - where our teams were responsible for significant areas of landscaping and public realm and delivering construction works on 6 of the 12 commercial buildings; the delivery of multiple office buildings for a major UK broadcaster and the creation of outstanding public realm within one of London’s busiest commercial districts at Regents Place.

We work with principal contractors and developers to design and build inspirational commercial and mixed-use developments with our dedicated, highly-experienced teams. Our breadth of experience has seen us deliver works to exacting specifications, on time and with minimal disruption to local stakeholders - often having to work within the confines of congested urban environments, where our precise logistics management and planning processes greatly contributes to the smooth delivery of the project.

Mace has a longstanding relationship with Careys which spans several years on the Olympic Park. They have a proactive and collaborative approach and share our values and commitment to delivery and quality.
