Rail
For over two decades we have delivered complex rail projects, working within the confines of challenging live rail environments, and worked on multiple large-scale developments close to live rail assets
We have recently been awarded several packages of works on the HS2 site at Euston to deliver temporary works for the initial stages of the regeneration of Euston station, to form the main terminus station. The regeneration is expected to transform the existing station into one of London’s largest stations.
At Imperial College London, or team delivered heavy civils works which included a sheet-piled retaining wall to the London Underground Limited (LUL) Central Line boundary, piled bridge abutments, demolition of a sixty year old bridge and instllation of a bridge deck over the line.
We have also delivered the design and build contract to construct a pre-cast encapsulation structure at Bank Station where the completed structure extended for 150m from the tunnel face. Whilst as part of the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) enhancement programme we constructed a 250m long Reinforced Concrete viaduct with no disruption to the operation of the railway.
Our experienced teams have knowledge and understanding on the complexities of delivering major projects in and around live rail environments, gained through an understanding of rail standards and our efficient planning, construction and delivery around the operational railway and assets.
Attention to detail, tested construction methodologies and meticulous project management enable us to deliver rail projects without compromising quality
