We offer a range of services that includes, Construction Engineering, Pre-Contract Planning and Value Engineering, Temporary Works Design, Permanent Works Design and 4D Modelling and Animation, which have seen our teams play an integral role in providing solutions to some of the industry’s most complex challenges and projects.

At 22 Bishopsgate, a 68 storey building in the heart of London, our team was appointed to develop a strategy that would allow the core structure to be built simultaneously with basement demolition and construction works. This strategy was key to starting the building works and mitigating the critical path of the basement works.

Our collaborative approach to working removes risk and provides our clients with full reassurance in the integrity of crucial design elements for their projects. By building the project digitally before we build it, provides our clients an opportunity to see into the future of a project allowing them to make informed decisions.

During the pre-construction phase I found the Careys team to be professional and innovative in every regard, working collaboratively to develop sensible design solutions and value engineering which created positive programme gains and cost certainty.
