HMP Welland Oaks Skills Bootcamp Week 2

Fully self-contained, our mobile bootcamp is designed for rapid deployment. Careys deliver all tools, equipment, and materials in a secure container, ready to be unpacked and operational at the required location.

This week participants completed practical sessions in kerbs and edging, demonstrated confidence in spill response, and approached their assessments with real focus and determination.

The group also developed essential first aid skills and took on working‑at‑height training, showing solid awareness of safety procedures throughout. The week wrapped up with a site walk, giving everyone a clear sense of how their new skills translate into real working environments.
