Being delivered under a tight programme of seven weeks, Careys will be completing a range of works including, soft strip, the demolition of unit dividing walls and structural steelwork creating openings in existing shear walls. The project also involves complex mechanical and electrical diversion works to remove a landlord’s corridor which passes through the middle of the new unit.

The award of this new phase of works highlights Careys expertise within highly complex schemes, live working environments and levels of capabilities within the retail sector.
