To help fulfil our vision of being the most socially responsible construction company that people are proud to work with, to contribute to our company and industry learning and getting better every day, we are partnering with The STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) Ambassador Programme.

In July 2020, the CITB Construction Ambassador scheme, merged with STEM – creating one brilliant network of experienced people inspiring the next generation to join the industry and develop the skills that construction needs for the future.

The STEM Ambassador programme is a UK wide volunteering scheme that matches passionate people working in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) with schools nationally.

STEM Ambassadors are from all backgrounds and disciplines and openly collaborate and engage with young people by means of workshops, careers presentations and work experience etc., to showcase careers in construction at schools and colleges and encourage young people to explore the opportunities and jobs on offer.
