No. 1 Palace Street is a spectacular Grade II listed building opposite Buckingham Palace, currently in the process of being transformed into 72 carefully crafted apartments, with underground parking, a communal courtyard garden, restaurant, extensive leisure facilities and full concierge service.

Highlighting the integration of Careys services, we were also delivered a package of works on the project that included cut and carve, ground drainage and steel erection works. Despite logistical challenges of the project, both teams overcame difficulties through collaboration, detailed planning and logistics management supported by our in-house Design Team.

The day was a huge success with our clients Balfour Beatty and Northacre extremely impressed by the building and how Careys created an amazing environment throughout the event.

Demonstrating our commitment to delivering all things ’the Carey Way’, both teams delivered works on the project exceptionally. Ultimately, the Carey Way is all about the way that we work. We recognise that our first duty is to keep our people safe and that if we set out to do things the right way, with the right teams, we're more likely to get the results our clients need.
