Modern glass-fronted building with beige and blue accents, flanked by flagpoles. Concrete walkways, landscaped grounds, car park with white vehicles visible.

The work involved the construction of new coach and car parks, including extensions to existing car parks, lighting, CCTV works and all associated electrical distribution. The drainage works involved the drilling of 20m deep soakaways into the underlying chalk.

Modern office buildings and car park viewed from dual carriageway with grass verges, street lamps, and clear blue sky.

Improvements to the site distribution roads and the soft landscaping works were also conducted. A new access was formed into the offices carried out under S278 Works.

Our team were awarded a second package of works as main contractor to construct a major element of new infrastructure to support the expansion of Pfizer’s facility at Sandwich.

Working in a secure and sensitive environment, the scope of works included extensive earthworks, drainage, the provision of 1,500 car parking spaces, roads and hard landscaping.

In addition, Careys were appointed to construct a new Visitor Centre together with attendant security screening facilities.
