Drainage and other underground services:

Preparation and construction of temporary and permanent tanks, earthing, drainage, utility trenches, ducts, manholes, Potable and fire water distribution, along with a duel pumped mains system

Testing:

Water, Fire and Pumped mains to be installed to WIS 4-32-08, with all joints butt fusion welded with fully automatic butt fusion welding machine and data logger with de-beading to all joints.

Installation of a dual-pumped 710mm and 355mm MDPE rising main system, designed to convey stormwater and process water to the Anglian Water treatment facility via dedicated process pumps. All works were installed, pressure tested, and commissioned in full compliance with Anglian Water’s specifications and adoption requirements

Main civils works:

Utility trench works & ducting and manhole / pull pits / draw pits installation for permanent and temporary construction. This includes power, lighting, plant process electrical network as well BT, plant building services, street lighting and CCTV.

Utility trench works & ducting and manhole / draw pit installation for permanent power supply to EfW from Site Development Works Tie-in points. This includes tying ducting into existing duct chambers / pull pits / draw pits installed as part of the Site Development Works.

BT ducting (only trenching, duct material free of charge). This includes tying ducting into existing BT ducting installed as part of the Site Development Works.

Selected UG piping and trench works, fittings, thrust blocks, manholes for utilities, process / Potable water, temporary water supply, fire water supply, fire main ring including hydrants, valves and vertical marker posts all to FM approved standards, and connection to existing service lines installed as part of the site development works, pressure testing of mains. This includes chlorination testing of potable water pipework to industry standards.
