Our teams have delivered an extensive number of basements, superstructures and landscaping projects for an array of premium residential developments across the UK

To enable residential developments we have successfully carried out a substantial amount of land remediation works on brownfield sites using our in-house remediation equipment to remove contamination, clearing the way for numerous developments across the UK. Recent projects include the 20 hectare site at the former Ford Dagenham, the 443 acre brownfield site at Barking Riverside and Watford Riverwell.

Additionally, our teams have delivered some of the country’s most iconic residential developments. These include luxury schemes at London’s Principal Place, Marble Arch Place and Nine Elms; converting One Palace Street - the grade II listed building opposite Buckingham Palace - into luxury apartments; delivering the infrastructure and enabling works for the multi-phase regeneration scheme at Graven Hill, the construction of high end apartments that include the canal side development at Manchester's Potato Wharf and developments at Moda Springside and Moda Holland Park.


Careys work on 22 Bishopsgate and Principal Tower has helped deliver the construction to two iconic towers in the heart of London. The complexity of both these projects needed a team willing to go the extra mile to understand and overcome the challenges whilst delivering world class results.
