Delivering superstructure works to create two blocks of ultra-modern residential apartments
Careys were awarded superstructure works on phase two of the four-block development – constructing blocks three and four. During construction works our teams trialed BAMTEC floor steel reinforcement – an advanced and economical system for surface reinforcement, for the interface of double height columns. Use of this technology facilitates high quality finishes and enables efficiency and time benefits in line with our programmed schedule of works.
In line with our approach to deliver our projects safely and to an exceptional standard, our consistent approach has led to us winning and attracting more good work. We were thrilled to win our scope of works at Potato Wharf following the excellent performance from the wider team at Manchester New Square – the residential development of 350 one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Manchester.
